JetSMART is an airline created in 2017 by Indigo Partners, a North American private equity fund based in Phoenix, Arizona, with more than 18 years of experience successfully developing Ultra Low Cost airlines worldwide.

JetSMART fares are very low and very simple. They give you the right to travel, along with a small carry-on bag, from point A to point B and in a random seat. Other airlines include benefits that they then charge you for in the fare. Our fares have no additional benefits or attributes

Flying SMART is flying in new airplanes. At JetSMART all our aircraft are new and operate under the highest safety standards.

Flying SMART is about paying only for what you use. It's choosing what you want to carry. If you don't carry luggage, you don't pay for luggage. You decide.

SMART Groups are defined by 10 or more flying passengers with special advantages.

SMART Group conditions:

  • Better fares: Pay a lower fare for all passengers in your booking;
  • Name change: You can change 100% of your passengers' names free of charge, up to  24 hours before flight departure;
  • Flexibility: All our fares allow date and route changes paying for this service.
