Your customers fly with very good connecting times via Ashgabat (ASB) and do not require a transit visa and their baggage is automatically checked through. On selected aircraft, Turkmenistan Airlines offers an onboard entertainment system where passengers can watch movies and TV shows, play music and games. Available on-board is also the Lachyn magazine, in which passengers can find useful travel tips and information.
The minimum group size is 10 passengers per booking.
Rules & Payment Schedule – there is a 1st Deposit (5 working days after confirmation: EUR 50 per seat, non-refundable) a 2nd Deposit 60 days before departure (20% of fare, non-refundable) and the Full Payment occurs 30 days before departure. Groups size reduction are possible.
Between 60 and 30 days before departure: reduction of up to 10% possible. If reduction exceeds 10%, full fare (net + all taxes) needs to be paid for 90% of seats. Ticketing can be done 10 days before departure at the latest and tickets are non-refundable . Name Change are allowed before ticketing (up to 3 letters/digits).
